Office Administrator - Construction - Part-time

Are you an experienced Administrator with exposure to Bookkeeping and the Construction industry? Are you looking for flexible, part-time hours to work around your schedule? If so, CV Screen has the role for you.
We are looking for a well-rounded, organised and bright Office Administrator with some bookkeeping experience to take on a standalone part-time role at a successful family run construction company. The successful candidate will take charge of all things Admin and Accounts. The position is offering £10.50 hr and is a Part-time, permanent position.
This position would be a Monday to Thursday role and would be approximately 22hours per week.
CV Screen is recruiting for a long-established, successful family run Construction company based in Horsforth. They cover domestic, private and commercial sectors.
The Office Administrator will ideally have the following experience:
- General office administration
- Answering the phone
- Bookkeeping, any experience with CIS would be useful
- VAT returns
- Supplier and customer payments
- Ad hoc duties where needed
Part time – Monday – Thursday (9-3)
The hours can be changed depending on one’s situation, however working Wednesday’s core hours is a must.
Salary / Benefits
£10.50 per hour, 4 weeks holiday + Bank Holidays
